Del Diaol Chardonnay

Trentino Doc

Mas del Diaol is an enchanting XVI century restored building, surrounded by a highly selected vineyard lot of about 5 hectares located on an ideal site for the cultivation, employing the guyot espalier training system, of the Chardonnay grape variety. The vines are caressed in the evening by the Ora del Garda, a warm breeze which protects the grapes from potential fungal attacks and favours the accumulation of tannins in the grapes. Of strawyellow colour with green-golden hues, Del Diaol Chardonnay is
refined and elegant. The notes of yellow fruits, pineapple and orange peel blend harmoniously with the sweet sensation of vanilla. On the palate the unmistakable personality and structure of the Chardonnay grape is evident.
