Nosiola

Trentino Doc

A native Trentino variety, Nosiola is at its best when grown in the classic production areas of the Avisio Hills and the Cembra Valley.
The warm breeze known as the ‘Ora del Garda’, which blows from Lake Garda in the late evening, creates the ideal microclimate for encouraging the grapes to fully ripen. The ‘Storie di Vite’ Nosiola has a straw-yellow colour with hints of green and a delicately fruity aroma with slight notes of hazelnut and green apple.
A wine with a dry, well-balanced flavour, it has a distinctive minerality supported by a firm acidity.

Planting density 4,500-5,000 vines/hectare

Vinification process

Manual harvesting in early October, soft pressing in inert environment, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees for approximately 5/6 months before bottling.
