Teroldego is a native Trentino variety. The vineyards of Gardolo and Lavis, in the Adige Valley, provide the ideal soil and climate for the Teroldego variety. The ‘Ora del Garda’, a warm breeze that blows from Lake Garda in the late evening, tempers the climate in the month of September, improving the ripening of the grapes.
The brilliant ruby red ‘Storie di Vite’ Teroldego has a fruity aroma of raspberry and blueberry and a dry, rich, full-bodied flavour.

Vinification process

Manual harvesting in early October, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in fibreglass reinforced concrete tanks, aging on the lees inreinforced concrete tanks for approximately 5/6 months before bottling.
