In the mountain vineyards the grapes composing “La Mandolaia” blend are left to dry naturally on the vine, exploiting the fluctuations in temperature and the cold air of late autumn.
Deep, bright, straw colour with tones of antique gold. The perfume is rich in tropical fruit (especially pineapple) and candied fruit tones.
Light, delicate dried herb notes of thyme and sage give complexity to the nose, making it full, aromatic, subtle yet persistent. The palate has a creamy, soft texture with sustained flavours of peach and apricot in syrup.
The sapidity of this wine adds zest and fragrance to the over-all taste, guaranteeing a perfect balance. A fine, intense wine with an aromatic finish that makes it very persistent.

Soil composition CHARDONNAY AND TRAMINER : MINERAL RICH, OF MEDIUM DEPTH (RED SILTITES). RIESLING, SAUVIGNON BIANCO AND INCROCIO MANZONI: ALLUVIAL, SHALLOW, LIGHT SOILS IN THE VAL DI CEMBRA.
